ActivityBuilder provides a subscription-based platform offering digital resources, activity planning tools, games, calendars, newsletters, and AI-assisted content generation designed specifically for Activity Directors in senior living communities.
ActivityBuilder offers paid subscription plans (Monthly, Annual, and Business). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your subscription is for your personal or single-facility use. Sharing account access beyond the device limits of your plan is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing downloaded content beyond personal or facility use, reverse engineering the platform, or using automated tools to scrape content.
All content on ActivityBuilder, including activities, games, templates, designs, and written materials, is the property of ActivityBuilder and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for your professional activities within your facility.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ActivityBuilder does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will meet every specific professional requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActivityBuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
